Thanks to Dan Murphy's for providing us with this delicious Gin cocktail recipe to get the weekend started!
- 60ml Hendrick's Gin
- 30ml squeezed lemon juice
- 30ml elderflower liqueur
- 10ml creme de cassis
- Piper-Heidsieck Champagne
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake the Hendrick's, lemon juice and elderflower liqueur and pour into glass and top with Champagne.
- Crown with creme de cassis and garnish with a wedge of lemon and a handful of red currants.
